Esta maquina cortadora funciona con un eje de cuchillas sobre el cual cuchillas alargadas son montadas. Las cuchillas alargadas penetran dentro las ranuras del contra-rodillo. Esto garantiza un corte perfecto incluso productos con piel o tendones. Los cortes se realizan horizontal y simultáneamente en dirección de la alimentación. La cortadora es continuamente alimentada por una banda transportadora de entrada. Puede hacer distintas longitudes de corte.
